Our elvers (2700-3200 p/kg) are taken by hand from Portugal, Spain, France and UK rivers, during october to may.
	Then, we select from our tanks those wich have the most suitable qualities for breeding, rearing and stock.
	From 1969, we have gained experience in transporting elvers all over the world using specially designed trucks or by air, in tanks made to patented design and wich have been approved by airlines.
	In this way, we ensure that the elvers are in perfect condition when delivered to your reservoirs or rivers.
